The following verse makes sense when seen as
Nostradamus commenting on those who predict while under the unfluence of drugs.
The
anagrams appear like an inspired revelation whick distinguishes his method of
prophecy from that of his predecessors. (See
C.5
Q.61 for another example).
The overarching principle is the
manner in which he encodes epochs using Polaris rather than planets. And he does
this by the use of repeated letter groupings that form countable props and in
creating them he used those props used in earlier literature as his starting
point.
