Nostradamus C6 Q01: Refugee crisis includes a king who flees to France via Italy.

This verse relates to a refugee crisis in which there are so many people held in captivity that cleanliness becomes a critical issue.

The response is to require people to have travel stamps when they detour on the way from their home through Italian waters.

The cause of this crisis is expounded in the next few verses.

The La mas by the Garonne is a small village near Agen (30km)  with Agen being the town where Nostradamus practised medicine as Jules Scaliger's colleague.

The anagrams of the second line hint that the genetic heritage of a French leader is that of a person from the region south of Agen.
