Nostradamus C6 Q79: Details of the French populace moving away from the flooded lowlands around rivers

The main story in this verse is the movement of people from regions of France that are on the riverside of its major systems running east to west. and these refugees being subjected to genocidal practices in neighbouring lands.

In this verse Nostradamus talks of bandits and rogues who, in order to scare the populace into following their schemes promote  a deadly disease created by scientists.
